NOMINATE FOR RIBBON DAY/CLUB RUN EVENTS

NOMINATE FOR A ZONE EVENT
All nominations close for Zone events 2 weeks before the event.(General Rule unless stated on the programme).
Nominations for these events must be made through the Nominations Secretary. Check Home Page
Nomination must be received 2 days before the closing date of the event .
Information needed by the Nomination Secretary to nominate riders for an event.

Payment to the Wynnum Pony Club Bank account.
Failure to provide this information could see your nomination rejected.
Please note If you owe for the previous event your nomination will not be accepted.
NOMINATE FOR EVENTS RUN BY OTHER CLUBS.
These events are nominate on the day. Check Event Programme for details.
NOMINATE FOR JUMPING, ODE,COMBINED TRAINING,DERBY.
Check Event Programme .Some clubs require nomination through your Nominations Secretary.
PAY FOR YOUR NOMINATION
Payment to be made to the Nominations Secretary with the Nomination details. Bank deposite and copy ofreciept emailed to the nomination secretary is sufficient proof of payment.
Nomination for future events may be refused until all monies are received for outstanding nominations.
Cheques made payable to: Wynnum & District Horse & Pony Club
Payment can be made directly into WDHPC bank account. Contact Nominations Secretary or Treasurer bank details on Home Page.
Reference must accompany deposit.
PURCHASE UNIFORMS:
Club Polo Shirts, Saddle Blankets, Badges, Tie, Vests are available from the Uniform Convenor. Please contact Karen Dixon to purchase any of the above items.
All other uniform needs are available from your local saddlery.
