Welcome to the Wynnum Pony Club Website

AGM SUNDAY 29th 2.00PM

Reminder to all members and parents. To have successful club we must have a enthusiastic committee. It is that time of year to think of becoming active within the Management Committee. All positions are vacant and we are calling for nominations. Nominations for positions must be in the hands of the secretary on January 15th no later the 7.30 pm. Forms Have been emailed to all financial members.

Nominating for Events

When Nominating for events please have all the necessary information ready to make our nominations secretary's job that little bit easier.

To make it easier, please look at the nomination for the actual event and provide all required information, especially the names of workers.

Please remember that nominations are to be sent through the nomination secretary ONLY. Contacting host clubs can cause problems for our bookkeeping and can also result in points gained at the event not being counted towards end of year trophies.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT NOMINATIONS ARE SENT TO NOM. SEC. AT LEAST 3 DAYS BEFORE CLOSING DATE.

REMEMBER THAT NOMINATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE HOST CLUB BY THE DUE DATE.

NOMINATIONS SENT TO NOM. SEC. ON THE DUE DATE ARE UNLIKELY TO BE RECEIVED BY THE HOST CLUB ON TIME.
